Pokemon Team Maker ("the site") is a free team planning tool. This page explains what information the site collects, why, and the choices you have. The short version: no account is required, teams you build stay in your browser unless you share them, and the only tracking is standard, anonymized analytics.

Information we collect

The site does not ask for your name, email, or any account registration. Teams you build are encoded in the page URL when you use the share function; we do not store them on a server. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate usage — pages visited, country, device type, and how visitors arrive. Google Analytics sets cookies and collects data as described in Google's Privacy Policy. IP anonymization is enabled by default in GA4.

Advertising

We may display ads served by Google AdSense or other third-party advertising partners. These partners may use cookies (including the Google advertising cookie) to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. You can opt out of personalized advertising at Google Ads Settings or via aboutads.info. Where required by law (for example in the EEA and UK), a consent banner will ask for your permission before advertising cookies are set.

Your choices

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time; the builder itself works without cookies. You can also use browser extensions or the opt-out links above to limit analytics and ad personalization.

Children

The site is a general-audience reference tool. It does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13.
